Regarding Ms [redacted] ’ order dated May 11, I am so sorry we are not able to help, as the warranty is months over our month warranty Unfortunately, we aren’t able to offer a free replacement as it has been months since she ordered the orthotics We are happy to offer her a $reorder price If she had expressed her concerns within the warranty period, I can assure you Foot Levelers would have made modifications to her orthotics or refunded her money in full Again, I apologize we are not able to extend our warranty by an additional months Please let me know if there is any additional information you may need regarding this patient Best Regards, [redacted]
