Foot Locker was advertising a sale of 20% when you purchase online. I ordered a pair of shoes online for my daughter for Christmas on 11-25-15 ( A month in advance to get the sale price). On the 11-27-15, I was notified that the item was on backorder and that I may not receive it before Christmas. I called their customer service to find out that they never received their stock at all for online purchases for this shoe, but I called the store closest to me and they had my daughters size in stock. Customer service would not honor the 20% online price in the store so my daughter could get her gift on time for Christmas. I could understand this, if I had ordered last minute. What I don't understand is Foot Locker is ONE company and for them to say they can not honor that price in the store after telling me they never received stock for this item online is unacceptable. Why would they run a 20% off sale if they didn't have the item available??? This is false advertising!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service for a Company not to honor the sale price that they have advertised.
