As our representative stated the customer registered for a paid subscription and did not go through the correct pages to sign up for a trial. The customer also never responded to our agents and instead of discussing the issue further went to the Revdex.com. There was no exchange between the two parties...

that would have come to a resolution as the customer did not respond to the agents email.  As a one time accommodation a refund has been issued. If the customer returns to the site and reactivates their account or creates another account we will not be able to issue any further refunds as we have a no refund policy.

Review: I initially signed up for a trial account with Graphic Stock on Oct 30, 2013. I then decided I wanted to cancel the trial and was offered a discount if I signed up for a year. So I thought I was being charged $99 for the year. Well after checking my bank account, I was charged $49.00 and then $50.00 on October 30, 2013. That did add up to $99 so that was ok. Then on November 7, 2013 four additional charges appeared in my bank account, 3 charges for $50 and one charge for $99. I contacted Graphic Stock to correct this issue and they claimed that they had refunded the bogus charges back to may account, but when I checked there was only a $49 credit to me issued on November 7, 2013. As of today, December 3, 2013, no additional credits have been made to my bank account. A total of 6 charges equalling $348, 4 for $50 each, 1 for $49 and 1 for $99 have been charged to me, with only a $49 credit made to date. I have called several times and have created ticket requests through their website, and still no resolution. I have also sent the actual page from my bank statement showing the charges and the 1 credit of $49 -- sent to [redacted]. She said that she would contact me back right away and forward to her manager [redacted], and I have not heard back from her this evening. I also called to get a managers name or contact information and was rudely hung up on by their answering service. I DO NOT WANT to have an account with GraphicStock any longer, I want a full refund of the charges. I have never used the website because I have not had access, even though I have paid three times the amount I should have. I want a FULL REFUND of the total taken from my account (minus the $49 credit graphicstock has issued) in the amount of $299.Desired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT to have an account with GraphicStock any longer, I want a full refund of the charges. Review: I have subscribed to videoblocks.com with account no. [redacted] and included my credit card no. to try out their free trial in April 2013 . Nevertheless as I knew about the trial period, I have personally unsubscribed to it before the due date. The credit card belongs to my parents therefore they only found out yesterday there were still charges from videoblocks with the total of recently. Should there be a miss communication? According to my bank statement I was charged USD79 for the past few months! How could I be still be charged while I have already unsubscribed to it?Desired Settlement: Please help me settle with the company to clear of this misunderstanding by refunding the total amount. Review: I cancelled my relationship with the business on 26th June, 2014 and in conclusion, I received a follow up e-mail from Rachel A[redacted] on 28th June, 2014 which supports my statement (in part), "You recently cancelled your Graphic Stock subscription and we could really use your feedback to help us make the website better." I completed the survey advising why I no longer wanted a relationship with the business.However, I am still receiving follow up advertising from GraphicStock.com:30th June, 2014 and 12th July, 2014Using South Australian dates and timeframes.Obviously, having been provided with information indicating that I had been unsubscribed, I would have thought that this would have resulted in further advertising and any communication from GraphicStock.com to cease.As such, I am requesting that this business no longer communicates with my consent to do so.Desired Settlement: GraphicStock.com to forever maintain compliance with its legal obligations this includes ceasing any form of advertising and/or spamming its clients who have indicated that they are wishing to sever and/or are past clients who have severed their relationship with GraphicStock.com.Further settling the issue regarding the additional communications, I am requesting that GraphicStock.com sends not less than 50 care packages containing food & toiletries than $50 each to deployed defence personnel.

Review: This company Footage Firm, inc., dba GraphicStock.com , is in my and many others opinions, using their website www.graphicstock.com , to dupe the public by offering a 7 DAY FREE trial period to check out their website, with an initial "$5 charge to verify your credit card account information" which is immediately credited , (they do not...[redacted] does the same thing with $0.05 transactions of which ** does credit the funds immediately back into the account)...So what took place in my situation, I logged into their site , read the agreement looked around the site, then logged out. When I logged back in I happened to notice a message stating I had been Upgraded!.....I only logged onto site....did not hit any buttons....just put in log in information and next thing I know I'm automatically upgraded to a $99 yearly charge, and when I called customer service I was told the only way that this is resolved was via email?Desired Settlement: Why should I wait 3-5 days for a refund, if a site can immediately withdraw those same funds from my account?..Company needs to change their Internet Sleaze Practices/Marketing!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

One of the main issues I had with that companies website is that it's deceitful, meaning after signing up for their 7 day Free Trial and then logging out , when I logged back in 5 minutes later it automatically Upgraded me to the $99 annual subscription rate without me selecting any buttons or links.

Review: I registered for their trial period and I called them in January to cancel it but they kept charging my credit card in Jan, Feb, March and April. When I called them again, they just asked for my email address and nothing happened. When I called again, they hang up on me so many times. I've never used any of their service in the last 4 months.Desired Settlement: Refund the 4 months of charges.

Review: After submitting my email to this company I have been under a spam campaign that I could not have imagined. I have never been badgered by a company as much as this one. I have received 42 emails in 3 days. I have unsubscribed 8 times since then. Each time I am told I am removed to receive an email no more than 30 minutes later.

This is an absolute invasion of privacy at this point.Desired Settlement: I'd like [redacted] to drop this company as a customer as they blatantly abuse their service and the rights of personal information. This or have the company blacklisted from future advertising medias.

All commercial emails sent to our opt-in contacts are CAN-SPAM compliant. There are unsubscribe links on all emails where the contact can unsubscribe. In addition we have a 24/7 customer experience hot line that can also manually unsubscribe contacts if they call or email.

Review: This company charged my credit card after I have already received a refund. I had signed up with their service some time back and when I went back to look over their products and had reactivated my account they charged me 89.00. In this dispute I had asked for a refund and of course they deactivated and canceled my account and refunded my money back to me. Then On May 16th they charged my credit card 71.10 that I did not at all Authorize and after I had called to talk to someone they told me I would have to wait for Monday before anyone could get back to me. They took my money out of an account that put me into a negative balance on my account.

They have not right at all to charge someone for something they did not use, and after my account was deactivated and there was no way of me using their services and they charge me for this? They send me an offer to one of my other emails saying that I can download anything I wanted for the next 7 days, and when I did this they again charged me.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund my money back to my account and not only that pay for any over draft fees that might be charged to my account. I would like a written explaination as to why they feel that they have the right to charge someone without their approval.

Review: Attempts to cancel before the end of the 7 day trial have resulted in either an attempt to bill the card for an additional $50 dollars "for a year of service" after selecting "NO, I DO NOT WANT THIS OFFER" and time outs or errors attempting to cancel. Was finally able to cancel today after the card had already been billed, and another attempt to bill an additional $50 dollars for "a year of service" after clicking "NO, I DO NOT WANT THIS OFFER," using captured credit card data from initial sign up.Desired Settlement: I no longer visit their website as the damn thing tries to offer me "upgrades' and attempts auto-billing the on file card every time I try to interact with the thing. I want a refund, and I want verification the card information has been removed from their payment processing system.
