Review: I PURCHASED A SHED FROM FOOTE'S 06/**/2013 IT WAS DELIVERD ON 08/**/2013 THE NEXT DAY I NOTICED ONE OF THE WINDOWS WAS DEFECTIVE. I CALLED FOOTE'S THAT DAY 08/**/2013 THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. I CALLED THE SALES OFFICE ON 08/**/2013 THE WOMAN SAID SHE WOULD CHECK IF THEY COULD REPAIR THE DEFECT AND GET BACK TO ME, A WEEK LATER AFTER I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM I WENT TO THE SALES OFFICE AND THE WOMEN TOLD ME SHE DID NOT GET THE MESSAGE ABOUT THE PROBLEM. SHE TOLD ME THEY WOULD ORDER THE PARTS AND CALL WHEN THEY GOT THE PART. TWO WEEKS GO BY AND I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM, I WENT TO THE SALES OFFICE TODAY 09/**/2012 ALL I GOT WAS A RUNAROUND, I WAS TOLD THEY THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. AS OF TODAY NO ONE HAS COME TO LOOK AT THE PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOW. THE DEFECTIVE WINDOW HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. I DON'T THINK THE WINDOW IS GOING TO BE FIXED BY THEM ANY TIME SOON, THEY SHOULD PUT (AS IS) ON THE INVOICE BECAUSE THEN DON'T SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL.Desired Settlement: THEY SHOULD REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE WINDOW, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY DID NOTHING BUT GIVE ME LIP SERVICE.

Review: I received a shed on April 26, 2013 that underwent damage "on the way to my house". There were multiple pieces of vinyl that were apparently ripped off the shed during transportation (which is not a good sign for the sheds durability). After calling Foote's for over a month with no results, I am forced to file this complaint. There are no signs of them coming to fix the damage and every time I am lucky enough to get through to someone on the phone, the woman acts like she doesn't want to hear it and basically implies that they will get to me when they get to me. She doesn't give me the time of the day and just feeds me lies. In other words, they made the sale so they don't care about me anymore. It's now been 1.5 months with no result and I am sick and tired of calling them. Stay away from these people! Horrible quality sheds and customer service does not exist!Desired Settlement: I would like them to make good on this and fix their product immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They have come to repair the shed. Thanks for the help.
