Footework Auto License and Title Service

This company is contracted by Prescott Motors(York Chrysler/Jeep) to file paperwork with [redacted] for registrations ant titles. Footework failed to obtain my new car registration transfer from my trade-in vehicle with personalized plates before my temporary/paper tag from the dealer expired. Bought new vehicle on 6/16/16. Temporary tag was good until 7/29/16. Called York Chrysler on 7/25/16 to get status. Marie in Title and Registration Department at York called me back to say new registration was mailed out from Prescott Valley [redacted] to my address in Pine [redacted] on 7/24/16. Nothing arrive in the mail either Friday or Saturday 7/28 or 7/29. Paper tags are expired and I had to talk to Marie at York Chrysler on Monday 8/1/16 to get another set of temporary tags emailed to me today in case nothing comes today in the mail. What did I pay $50 to York for? I could have done this myself for $12 with [redacted] and already have had the new tags. Terrible customer service from York Chrysler and Footework. York Chrysler/Jeep should fire this third party contractor that can not get the job done that they are paid to do.
