Good morning [redacted] I DID HELP [redacted] WITH THE RENTAL CARTHE ONLY THING SHE GETTING CHARGE IS THE INSURANCE FOR THE RENTALWHICH SHE EXPECTS ME TO PAY FOR INSURANCE FOR THE RENTALSHE NEEDS TO PAY FOR THAT, OTHERWISE IF I PAY .FOR THE INSURANCE IT WILL BE UNDER MY NAME WHO EVER RENTS A VEHICLEHAVE TO HAVE INSAURANCE UNDER THEIR NAME

I am rejecting this response because:
When Mr. [redacted] and I went to the rental company he never informed me of the insurance charge. I was covered under two different insurance policies, both covering rentals, at the time and would have never agreed to the insurance coverage. Every time I have had a conversation with Mr. [redacted] or someone from his company there's another excuse of why something wasn't done on time or right and now the charges on the rental car. It doesn't surprise me that he's found another excuse. This is very bad business practice in my opinion.
