Review: Stopped by business on Aug 12, 2015 to request refund because of their extreme service delays due to their overbooking. We prepaid for 4 driving lesson package and received 1 lesson. Website page at top in bold letters says 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Receptionist said she was not authorized to issue pro-rated refund for remaining 3 lessons, that she had to leave message with owner. No return call from owner.Stopped by business on Aug 14, 2015. Receptionist refused to issue pro-rated refund for service delays. She texted owner my information.No return call and no refund issued from owner.Business does not answer phone, it goes straight to voice mail.Filing complaint Aug 18, 2015.Desired Settlement: 3/4 refund of amount paid.
