Review: I brought my motorcycle here for a leak issue in the engine on 6/19/2015. I was told by [redacted], the service technician at the time, that it needed the top end gaskets replaced. [redacted] neglected to tell me at that time that he was taking over the business at the beginning of July. He told me he had done several of these types of repairs recently on motorcycles similar to mine and had the parts in stock. I got the motorcycle back on 6/28/2015 and after riding it 18 miles I noticed the engine was now leaking in new places in the areas where the repairs had been done. His shop was closed, so I brought the motorcycle back to [redacted] on 6/30/2015 and showed him where it was leaking from. He promised to fix it under warranty. I received the motorcycle back 7/7/2015, took it for a short ride and noticed it was still leaking out of one of the areas. I brought the bike back and again that day, on the 7th and he promised to find and stop the leak. I received the leak back on July 10th, took it for a short ride and noticed it was still leaking oil from the very same spot it had been the previous time I brought it in for warranty work. [redacted] promised to refund my money, but keeps telling me it will take a couple of days. Now he will not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want the entire amount of $355 refunded.

Horrible place to deal with, unless dealingg with parts people they are great. Had a head rebuilt, over charged us for it paid over 260 and could have bought a new one for 170. Call and let then know head was not right, and they want do anything about it. Their service department and general manager whom I spoke with suck at customer service. Beware, they will rip you off in a heartbeat. They do not stand behind their work at all. And wil quote you a price and it will be higher when you go pick it up. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
