I am rejecting this response because:stop saying I had a reaction I have used the pen 2X and ZERO reaction to it. I want a responds on why your DR agreed it was burn? Isnt that the reason why I return to your office to tell me what went wrong?? Of course I want a refund for your error.

REALLY! First of all if it's not a UV light why do we have to wear glasses as we are getting teeth whitening and why is vitamin E applied to lips before and after? When I went in on Monday which I really didn't want to. But you guys instead I go in since you guys thought it was hand and foot. When I went in YOUR Dr said "yup it's UV burn" so now your saying the prescription and the diagnose was wrong?? Your DR never said anything about a reaction and your nurse is my witness to that. Today Friday 5/12/ is the first day my lips are back normal and I actually decide to apply a little of the whitening see what would happened and nothing happens that now we know it's not any type of "reaction" until you guys take full responsibility and accept it was not a reaction I had I will reject your responds.
