Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not the only one who has been lied to by this childcare centerAfter speaking with multiple people from the Enumclaw area I have come to the conclusion that this daycare center is running based on lies and cheating people out of money I, [redacted] had to get a restraining order against my husband, told Bertha S [redacted] about this a month and a half in advance, also wrote down the date we would be leaving on a sticky note and gave to her employeeI did not remind her again because my abuser was present most of the timeMy abuser and husband wrote a check to the center using my money because I could not tell him that we would be leaving that monthWe paid for the month of July and then as planned I left my husband and moved into emergency housing on July 8,Bertha S [redacted] told me that she would be sending me a check as soon as she could, slowly it turned into her stating we didn't give her notice etcBottom line, this woman does not want to pay out of pocket because she feels like she deserves the money for some reasonI am a single parent that survived an abusive relationship and for her to lie just for some money is so unfortunateI'm not looking for a refund, I would just like it if this place would go under investigation as I know I am not the only one who has complaints about this businessThere is a lawsuit against Bertha S [redacted] for a child getting hurt while under her care and this is likely costing her a lot of money so she feels the need to get as much from her customers as possibleSincerely, [redacted]

and refund policy's, both her and other parentare fully aware of these.• As far as additional accusations that she mentioned, I do not even kiss my owngrandchildren on the lips or any other children eitherIt would appear that wasadded in an effort to scare us into giving her a refund that was not due

In the future, you probably should accept deposits for work you don't intend to execute againstI asked Mr*** at the time he was negotiating the contract, before he originally left the house, if he needed to get the office's approvalHe said noClearly he wasn't prepared to properly negotiateI've taken my business elsewhere - where I am receiving the same custom work for the same pricing I discussed with Mr***

Hello, my name is *** *** owner of the companyHere at Structure Builders we have a process that crosses all t's and dot all our I's when we are working with a home owner and that starts with our contractsI was brought said contract to review with the salesman that went to your homeAfter
review I notice that contract was undersold by a large marginAfter discussing contract over with salesman *** *** stated he had not looked up pricing for product provided by home owner so we looked up pricing together and showed him how much products where going to costAfter adding for Sink with special Sku and Faucet with special Sku and Back Splash and Level counter top we Determined we would be paying customer back to render servicesWe all know no company can survive by paying customers to do work for them and contractor not making a single dimeCustomer was called within Hour of leaving his home to let him know contract would be voided and check would be returned the following dayCustomer was also offered options but asked for his money backAt NO TIME WAS THE CHECK EVER DEPOSITED BUT MARKED VOID BY OUR COMPANY! Check was returned by oclock pm the following dayHere at STRUCTURE we STRIVE TO BE THE BEST!
