I didn't throw the key, I placed it with my receipt on top of my car, as I was happy and relocating. I was taking a picture and it was gone.[redacted] said he can jimmy the locks..well someone somewhere there had the old key to my room?  A lot of people going in and out that night I stepped out to find this "old key" to my room...113.The bigger issue is the very day I left my card was used by someone, I sure didn't open a Rent To own account! And yes, I gather the matinence man dropped the key late that night off his keyring? Those are the issues [redacted], I take it my bank is also investigating this also.Since they had to pay me back, a lot of interesting people around there to put it nicely.[redacted]

Miss [redacted] was informed at the time we didn't have any weekly rooms available and was told all we had was nightly. She stated that was fine she was given a discount. She didn't pay all at once due to her not knowing exactly how long she needed to stay. Upon check in she went back to her car and...

throw the key for the room and lost it.. She was told she would have to pay for it... So she went out and purchased a new door knob and since the Maintenance man was off I the manager went out and put knob on door. She proceeded to stay and pay for for more days with no signs of any problems so I don't know what this complaint is about...[redacted]

Review: Tried to check into this motel on he evening of 05/27/2106 and wanted to stay for 1 week, the clerk told me I had to come back in the morning so the manager/owner can decide? Holiday weekend so I ended up paying $180.00 for a room at a different motel. The morning of 05/28/16 I returned to ask [redacted] (the manger) if I could stay at a weekly rate, he decided it be better if I played for 2 nights at a time, stating if you leave early YOU will not get any money back. I accepted, he gave my receipt and a door KEY in the meantime I was walking to my car and lost the key. I felt bad and he said he had no extra keys to the rooms? I had to check out of the other place and returned, he said ""you can go to [redacted] and buy a new lock for the door"" so I did, cost a about. $15.00 plus tax. So he changed the lock. During my stay maybe 4 nights later a lot of people going in and out of the net room, I went out to get something and stepped on something, looked down and it was a old key to my room..#113, thought it was odd. I kept the key and never said anything.

After being gone a few weeks, come to learn someone charged on my ATM/Credit Card,my bank said it was a Rent to own charge, turns out 2 of them 1 to open up a account online for $1.00, the 2nd purchase same thing Rent to own for $49.00, my bank blocked the card. Today on 06/15/2016 I also reported to the local Auburn Police Dept. My bank is reimbursing me.

This place is dirty, shady people that reside there, I would like my money back in full for all of this. The bank does probably want their money back too!

My actual out of pocket cost was $264.60 plus the lock I bought.

I have all receipts and a picture of the lock I have kept on me, after I find a key to my room (single women staying alone).Desired Settlement: I want my money in full it is $264.60 and $20.00 for buying a lock, and also want [redacted] to get back the $50.00+ that they are giving me back for fraudulent charge, this cases stress at a time no one should deal with such a thing.
