Foothills Park accepts the opportunity to address our past residents complaint At the time the resident's vehicle was damaged, we requested they meet with us to inspect the vehicle and provide them with the vendors contact information to direct their concernsResident stated they would be in that Saturday, and did not show up Unfortunately, Foothills Park is not responsible for damages caused by vendors, as stated in the lease agreementHowever, there are a few proposed options for consideration: Resident may contact the vendor that performed the services to the property to file a claim, submit a claim through their auto insurance company, or accept a concession off of the move out statement for $200, which would leave a remaining balance due of $to be paidShould the client chose to take advantage of this gesture of good faith, we would require a signed agreement releasing us from further liability Thank you for your time and consideration Foothills Park Management

I did ask Ms*** multiple times for the insurance company information for her vendor and she failed to email that information to meI also did not sign anything or was I notified that the apartments would be paintedI was parked in Foothills Park Apartments like any other dayI will agree to $with $installments starting in January

We are willing to work with Ms*** and agree to $balance and $payment installments January and February to have paid paid in full in February

Unfortunately, Foothills Park is not responsible for damages caused by vendors, as stated in the lease agreement. However, there are a few proposed options for consideration: Resident may contact the vendor that performed the services to the property to file a claim, submit a claim through their auto insurance company, or accept a concession off of the move out statement for $200, which would leave a remaining balance due of $450 to be paid. Should the client chose to take advantage of this gesture of good faith, we would require a signed agreement releasing us from further liability.
