Awesome guys

First I would like to say we are sorry that the refund never got done sooner for some reason or another the paperwork got lost and it did not get to the accounting department.Foothills as always tried to refund monies within the month of ache canceled service.Long about that time we
had new office personnel
Now to the refund,this customer was on August September October billing cycle he had service through the end of September he was due $for service not received for October that was refunded The other part of the refund was a $deposit that is charged to our customers when they sign up for our service if they cancel service and move out of the area and give a mailing address that is different from what we have on file then the $is refundedThis customer requested the check be mailed to the same address as his service was, The reason that the refund of $is not refunded if they do not move out of service area that is to cover the cost of going out and picking up the cart from the customers location.if a customer cancel service and owes for service the $is used to clear up that outstanding balance and the reminder if any is refunded to the customer so from our calculations this customers refund for service not received and that was for October if he had moved out of the service area he would have been refunded the $depositI am not sure where he got that it was $plus $making it $68
The rules on the deposit is listed below
Our customer gets refund if the account is in good standings,moves out of the service area of foothills sanitation and no outstanding balance on account

personnel  Now to the refund,this customer was on  August September October billing cycle he had service through the end of September 2014 he was due $22 for service not received for October 2014 that was refunded  The other part of the refund was a $25 deposit that is charged to our customers when they sign up for our service if they cancel service and move out of the area and give a mailing address that is different from what we have on file then the $25 is refunded. Review: I was a customer of Foothills Sanitation in 2014. I cancelled my service for home garbage collection in October of 2014. When I called to cancel my service the lady I spoke with said I was due a refund of $23.00 and my deposit on the trash container of $45.00, a total of $68.00. She said I would receive a check within one month. I have made 8 or 9 calls to there office in the last 8 months, each time I was told they would be sending me a check within the month. No check was ever sent; I drove to the office in the first week of June 2015 and again asked for my refund. Once again I was told a check would be sent within the month. Seven weeks later and no check had been sent. Again I have to drive to there office on July 15,2015 and ask for my refund, and again I was told I would have to wait. I told the lady at the office that they had 3 days to send me a check or I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. On July 21, 2015 I finally received a check for $22.00 this is $46.00 dollars short of the refund I was to receive. After 9 months and 9 phone calls and 2 visits in person I still cannot get the full amount I am owed. I am tired of calling them and driving to there office, they seem to think they can just keep my money and do nothing.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund plus the amount of late fees the charge a customer for failing to pay there bill on time for 9 months. Thank you.
