This has to be the worst experience I have had with a Dentist/Dr/Healthcare worker My son was set for a Dental appointment including oral sedation to do numerous procedures The dentist, whom never introduced himself formally so I don't even know his name, from the first interaction was a pompous arrogant and disinterested man He has no bed side manner and no patience when dealing with parents but more importantly when dealing with children After an hour in the "sleep room" we were moved to the procedure room and my son was responsive and scared The assistants were patient and were trying to calm my son down The Dentist then clamped the head restraint as tight as he could on my son's head and began angrily telling him to stop moving and stop making noise, the Dentist was visibly frustrated and hate to say it Angry He became so frustrated and angry that my son was scared that he stormed out of the procedure room The assistants and myself were calming my son down and trying to get him relaxed The Dentist came back in the procedure room again visibly frustrated and angry and again became loud telling my son to stop moving and lay still After seconds of that he became so frustrated and angry he threw up his hands and stated: " I have never seen a kid this age act like this and not respond to the oral sedation, and believe me I give a heavier dose than anyone else does" "This isn't gonna work stop and get him out of here" This dentist should not be working with any patients and especially not kids He then explained after I became upset that he was having personal problems and office problems the last few days and it was getting to him Not what you want to hear from a professional doing major work on your son Please do not let this Dentist put you or your child through what I had to go through

This has to be the worst experience I have had with a Dentist/Dr/Healthcare worker. My son was set for a Dental appointment including oral sedation to do numerous procedures. The dentist, whom never introduced himself formally so I don't even know his name, from the first interaction was a pompous arrogant and disinterested man. He has no bed side manner and no patience when dealing with parents but more importantly when dealing with children. After an hour in the "sleep room" we were moved to the procedure room and my son was responsive and scared. The assistants were patient and were trying to calm my son down. The Dentist then clamped the head restraint as tight as he could on my son's head and began angrily telling him to stop moving and stop making noise, the Dentist was visibly frustrated and hate to say it Angry. He became so frustrated and angry that my son was scared that he stormed out of the procedure room. The assistants and myself were calming my son down and trying to get him relaxed. The Dentist came back in the procedure room again visibly frustrated and angry and again became loud telling my son to stop moving and lay still. After 20 seconds of that he became so frustrated and angry he threw up his hands and stated: " I have never seen a kid this age act like this and not respond to the oral sedation, and believe me I give a heavier dose than anyone else does". "This isn't gonna work stop and get him out of here". This dentist should not be working with any patients and especially not kids. He then explained after I became upset that he was having personal problems and office problems the last few days and it was getting to him. Not what you want to hear from a professional doing major work on your son. Please do not let this Dentist put you or your child through what I had to go through.
