When *** *** called the 1st time to our office, he actually spoke with ***He told her that he had *** insurance, and she proceeded to ask him who his referring physician was, because we only accept new *** from *** doctorsMr*** advised *** that his referring doctor was
*** in *** told *** *** that we were not accepting new patients with *** because she had never heard of *** and he was not clear that he was being referred from *** in *** *** got more annoyed with *** as the call went on, and he was getting angrierHe hung up on *** and proceeded to call backI received *** *** the 2nd time he calledHe told me that "since I was an it he would read the referral to me verbatim"I told him that it was not necessary and I could proceed with making an appointment for himI asked him what kind of insurance he had, when he said ***, I told him we were not accepting new patients with that type of insuranceThat is when *** *** started swearing and yelling at me*** *** was making comments to me stating "you are a fking it, you don't know how to do your job you stupid bh, my fking doctor sent me to you people"That is when I immediately ended that conversation, as I do not tolerate people speaking to me in that mannerApproximately minutes later, his primary care doctor called our office because he had contacted themThat is how we figured out that his referring doctor was actually a *** doctorI told them what happened during the phone call with Mr***, they said it happens all the time with him and they are trying to figure out how to fire him from their practiceShe told me that he is a problem patient and very verbally abusive and her advise to me was not to accept him as a patient, as he would cause us further problems down the roadI am sorry but I do not remember the gal from his primary care office name.In regards to the alleged multiple calls where he was calling and being hung up on, we were having some phone issues around that time where our entire phone system would completely shut off for several minutes and then come back upSince then, our phone guy has been out and we think we have resolved the issue Thank you for your time,

I am rejecting this response because:-Storyline is completely false on how the conversation was and went, it only served on her and the companies repertoire. She didn't even ask if I was referred like she stated but rather that I had to insisted I was referred to [redacted] Urologist from [redacted].-However being upset I simply stated the facts by and through reading the References from [redacted] in verbatim so there wouldn't be any miss understanding the second time I called to which she then said I didn't have to read it that way to her with my respons being that I just wanted to make sure that anyone could understand my situation even if they were ignorant.-After that it was an exchange of words among the two of us to which I take responsibility for my part and at this point she hung up.-I tried to call back several times after that to resolve the matter to which she didn't put forth no effort to resolve the matter but rather hang up on me several times.-I then proceeded to call [redacted] seeking resolution and told the woman I've been working (Amanda) within the matter why would [redacted] write such follow up. She told me because of the direct contact that she had with [redacted] Urologist and that she would call them. When Amanda called back she told me I was denied treatment do to my poor attitude and nothing about them refusing to take Medicad, so in her story leaning on such allegations is false.-Finally it seems inappropriate to receive such notice from a third party rather then from the Company it's self, Hanging up repeatedly, no letter, and no call to date.
