I am rejecting this response because:The information contained in this response is simply untrue.  Although I do not have dates of phone calls made, I know that I placed at least a half dozen calls to that office over the years.  They did come out in March of this year - they replaced a few plastic pieces here and there and noted that there were at least four windows with condensation between the panes, several broken ledges that they said that they could "fix" and both sliding glass doors could be worked on (by filing down something in the frame).  However, they never followed up with making an appointment to actually do the work.  When I asked if they would, they stated that they would give information to the office.  That service call was just a joke.  The only thing that they actually did was replace a few broken clips.  That wasn't the major reason for my complaint and there has been absolutely NO follow up of any kind since.  Regards,

[redacted] purchased his windows from Vinyl-Lite 17 years ago since that date their have been 2 request from [redacted] for service, one on 6-26-00 for a sticking door and one on 3-28-16 for broken tilt latches and broken door lock.Both services were completed. our last contact with...

[redacted] was on 3-28-16. [redacted] make mention to lifetime warranty. Yes [redacted]'s vinyl-lite manufactured windows carry a liftime warranty. On 3-28-16 [redacted] was not charged labor for service performed materials were under warranty. We will contact [redacted] via email to schedule service.
