Hello [redacted] representative of Revdex.com This email is regarding a complaint that we had from an online customer who states "I have been trying to contact them to return the shoes for an exchange to get the next smaller size" First of all, our policy does not state that we do exchanges but rather we accept returns and issue prompt refunds If the customer wants a different size, the customer has to place a new order themselves We can not place orders for our customers so in essence, we don't do exchanges The customer did not take the time to read our policy prior submitting their order and agreeing to the terms of the sale Our policy states that we do day returns and the customer returned it past this time As business owners with good ethics, we did the refund anyways as you can see from the attachments We received the shoes on the 23rd of June and the customer had purchased it on the 18th of May As you can see from the screen shot of my email to my business partner, it says that the shoes were returned without the box and our policy requires that all returns must be returned with it's original packaging Also, the customer wants us to pay for their return shipping of $but we think that is extremely unfair because we had their order shipped for freeThis customer received free shipping and now wants free return shipping This is another case of a customer accepting the terms of a sale without reading the basic policiesEven up to the point of making a complaint with the Revdex.com, the customer states in the complaint that he has been trying to contact us to return the shoes for an exchange Apparently, the customer still has not read our terms and policy If there are any questions, feel free to contact me anytime Regards, [redacted] ***

First of all, our policy does not state that we do exchanges but rather we accept returns and issue prompt refunds.  If the customer wants a different size, the customer has to place a new order themselves.  We can not place orders for our customers so in essence, we don't do exchanges.  The customer did not take the time to read our policy prior submitting their order and agreeing to the terms of the sale.
 
Our policy states that we do 30 day returns and the customer returned it past this time.  As business owners with good ethics, we did the refund anyways as you can see from the attachments.  We received the shoes on the 23rd of June and the customer had purchased it on the 18th of May.  As you can see from the screen shot of my email to my business partner, it says that the shoes were returned without the box and our policy requires that all returns must be returned with it's original packaging.  Also, the customer wants us to pay for their return shipping of $13.00 but we think that is extremely unfair because we had their order shipped for free. This customer received free shipping and now wants free return shipping.   
 
This is another case of a customer accepting the terms of a sale without reading the basic policies. Even up to the point of making a complaint with the Revdex.com, the customer states in the complaint that he has been trying to contact us to return the shoes for an exchange.  Apparently, the customer still has not read our terms and policy.....

Review: I received a pair of shoes, but they didn't fit. I have been trying to contact them to return the shoes for an exchange to get the next smaller size. I have called multiple times and their outgoing message says they will return my phone call within 24 hours. I have called multiple times starting June 4th through today June 19th. I have also emailed them multiple times with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like them to reply to my phone messages with a return address. My number is ###-###-#### I already have the shoes packaged. For this hassle I would ask that they pay for my return shipping (USPS medium size flat-rate box totaling about $13). I would like them to return to me the next smaller size shoe in the same style, or call me if there is a problem doing this.
