We do not charge a recital fee, therefore there is nothing to refund in that regardOur ticket policy, clearly stated on our website and in correspondence with all clients via email, is that all tickets are non-refundable, therefore, no refund is warrantedThe complainant has the costume, and wore it for Picture Week in late-April; costume accessories will be mailed, signature/delivery confirmation via registered mail, on 7/7/Our costume policy, again clearly stated on our website and in email correspondence with all clients, is that once ordered, costumes are not refundable, so no refund is warrantedNo tuition refund is due either, because she took all classes that tuition pays for, and tuition is the same amount for clients who do not perform as well as for those who do performThe performance is optional.This client was not permitted to perform in the year-end recital because she willfully skipped the mandatory dress rehearsal in favor of a birthday celebration, despite multiple emails to all of our families stating that it was mandatory, and that exceptions are not made, so don't bother asking to be an exception; all who expected to perform were required to attend dress rehearsalThis client became belligerent and verbally abusive to my staff and myself when made aware that her decision would have the consequence of disqualifying her from our performanceOut of families, she is the only one who did not attend dress rehearsalShe has stated that her mission is now to discredit and slander my business online and verbally at every opportunityA report to the Revdex.com was expected, but the fault lies not with us, but with her herselfWe have followed our policies as published; she simply doesn't like them now that they apply to her in a way that doesn't make her happyOur policies are for our industry, not unreasonableWe desire clients who will respect the rules that govern our business, as they are applied to all customers equally and impartially, and they are communicated in advance of application
