I placed order # *** on 10/**/The web site states orders are shipped in 24-hoursOn 11/*/I contacted the company because I never received a shipping confirmationI was then informed that my order was shipped on 10/**/2016, within the promised windowThen on 11/*/I was informed that only one item was available and was shipped on 10/**/2016, while the other item was delayed by up to one weekToday I inquired about my order and was informed that nothing was shipped until 11/*/2016, which contradicts previous inquiries I was again provided with *** tracking information which still shows no shipmentThe company has not offered a refund and continues to make excuses about the delay in my orderPlease advise

I ordered two dog harnessesThey were too big so I returned themI paid for shipping to receive them and to return themI followed all the exact rules for a return on their website and sent them another email after I dropped them off to be shipped back with the tracking number, as they requestedI was told I would be refunded as soon as possibleWhen I received my refund it was only partialThey only refunded me $of the I emailed them twice asking why I only received a partial refund and no one has respondedNothing on their website says only partial refunds will be given or that there is a restocking feeThe difference in the refund is not the shipping difference eitherWith shipping the total order price was $With no explanation on why I only received a partial refund I am pretty disappointed with this company

Review: fordogtrainers.com advertises a New York City phone number shipped their product to me from Philadelphia but the payment for the product was sent to Israel causing me to have an international transaction fee on my credit card. Nowhere on their web site did they disclose this practice leaving me to conclude their advertising is false (I paid more for the product than their site said) and this makes me suspicious they may be evading US taxes by transferring funds out of the country. Attempts to resolve this issue were totally frustrating and I cannot recommend this business to anyone. I concluded I cannot believe anything they say or do.Desired Settlement: They should be required to honestly represent who they are and where they do business. Dishonesty is not acceptable. Unfortunately I do not expect a resolution due to their unethical practices.
