Yes, I purchased my Glasses about 31/months ago, so I took the glasses back to the
FOR EYES Location were I purchased them, because one of the lenses had a scratch
they told me the price would be more than I payed for the entire cost, I personally don't
think that is good customer service, But I have a choice not to use them again

I purchased two pair of glasses and they were both used frames They tried to send me pair of used frames on one pair and got the prescription wrong on the other pair Everyone I deal with at the falls church, va location is so rude and has an attitude I wish there was something I could do to put them out of business because they will not refund my money, even after I returned the glasses I swear this business is a scam, selling used frames for designer pricesThey got me because they ran a 1/off frames, next frame is free Come to find out, the $frames I paid $for were online for $ They told me they would send me new frames after I told them the pair I received was broken, then they sent another broken pair The employee that is no longer with them, told me after the 2nd pair was sent used that they are going to send used frames and do not have any new frames to send me I will never do business with them again and it is now my life goal to get the word out of how corrupt they really are! Do not use them They take advantage of the elder because that is all I see in there when I have gone to try and get my money back, which still has not happened!!!!!!
