We recently took our pet cat Sammy for an exam because he would sometimes miss the litter box when urinating. When we entered the exam room the floor was all wet-very unprofessional. Doctor T[redacted] examined our cat, but never told us if he was overweight,how was his coat, heart,eyes, etc. When asked to examine his claws, she told us she could not because they were retracted. Any vet knows how to gently push out each claw to examine. We were sent home with a kit to get urine sample. We never used it and our cat is fine. We bought a bigger litter box, which helped. We sensed Dr. T[redacted] did not genuinely care for our pet. Will not go back.
