I am rejecting this response because:
The amount of time for shipping was never disputedmy dispute is with the fact that the company has not fulfilled my order, and or refunded me, ad it is now months later
On April 6th, I advised the company I did not receive an item I was first told:

On April 23, I contacted the company a second time regarding my missing itemI was then told :

Subject: Re: A shipment from order #*** is on the way

Sure, let me provide you the information
It seems the order arrived on April the 4th
The tracking number is

The same day I contacted the company again advising them the item I am missing was not included on the items delivered 4/5/I did not hear back from the company again until my financial institution processed the charge back on 5/25/All of a sudden the company wanted to work out the issueThey then told my financial institution they delivered all the items and provided them with tracking #'sOne of which still shows that my item has not been delivered:

At no time did this company attempt to resolve my issue until I processed a reversal with my financial institutionThey were then deceitful to that institution to obtain the monies backMy financial institution is currently mailing me a copy of exactly what they have from this deceitful merchantYou will see in my attached emails where the merchant fails to send me any communication after 4/23, and then on 5/25/they send me an email requesting to finally resolve the issue I have initiated all communication with them on this matter, they argue back in forth in email, lie repeatedly about having my money, sending my item, and now are basically refusing to refund my money for daysAt no point did this merchant state it would be 30-days for a refund, and they state that they do not have my moniesI attached a letter from my financial institution indicating that they returned the monies on 6/21/when they debited my account
I want my money refunded nowI placed my order 3/17, I received my order missing an item on 4/5, on 4/I advised the company of the issue, they told me it was shipped with tracking # ***, I allowed it time for shipping, On 4/I contacted the company again advising I did not receive the item yet, they responded back that my item was delivered on 4/with the other merchandiseI emailed them back telling them no, it was missing and previous communication from them acknowledged itI had no choice but to do a charge reversal, which actually got their attention and they finally contacted meThey argued back and forth with me on refunding my money and now want me to wait another daysIT HAS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I DID THIS TRANSACTIONMy financial institution has closed the reversal, the company has my money, they are adding days for processing, more than likely in hopes I forget about them owing me moneyI WANT MY MONEY NOWdays is not acceptable when they are the reason this whole issue even occurred, and they have my damn money
Yes I threatened to file with the Revdex.com, this company on no level has done anything to rectify my issueThey have my money in full, I still don't have my item, and they have mislead my financial institution and are now trying to do the same hereALL of my email communication with this horrid company is attachedYes I fully intend to pursue this matter to the fullest extentThey should not be doing business in the United States if they can't efficiently provide the items they are selling
I will be providing the documentation from my financial institution as well

July 6th, we adviced the customer that by July the 26th she'll be receiving the refund since we haven't received any return on the amount acclaimed by the customer since the charge back is still openThe chargeback was filed May the 26th and can take up to days to be fully solved

I am rejecting this response because:? I should not have to wait some ridiculous processing time the company has implemented when they are the ones who took my money, and didn't deliver my itemI tried to resolve this in April, they failed to resolve it thenI WAS FORCED TO DO A REVERSAL OF MY MONIES BECAUSE THE COMPANY TRIED TO TELL ME THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS DELIVERED AND NEVER RESPONDED AGAINUNTIL MY BANK NOTIFIED THEM OF THE CHARGE BACKMy bank returned the money to them in JuneThey stated in their previous response they advised me 30-days, which they didn'tI was advised days onlyI shouldn't have to wait for their processing bs when they are the ones who screwed up from the beginningThis businesses practices are horrendous and should not be able to do business in the United StatesCheap products from ***, poor order processing, horrible customer service, they hold your money hostageI bank with ** *** ***, they do not take days to return moneyI have letters and verbal conversations confirmation from my bank this company has my moneyThis company are liars and thievesI will guarantee that come the 26th of this month I'll be given an additional processing timeThey are hoping to extend this process out as long as possible to close this complaint and not refund meAll I can say to anyone reading this BUYER BEWARE, they can't produce their products they are selling, the ones they do are cheep, and if you have to request a refund good luck getting your money back.?

I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to wait some ridiculous processing time the company has implemented when they are the ones who took my money, and didn't deliver my item. I tried to resolve this in April, they failed to resolve it then. I WAS FORCED TO DO A REVERSAL OF MY MONIES BECAUSE THE COMPANY TRIED TO TELL ME THE ITEM I ORDERED WAS DELIVERED AND NEVER RESPONDED AGAINUNTIL MY BANK NOTIFIED THEM OF THE CHARGE BACK. My bank returned the money to them in June. They stated in their previous response they advised me 30-60 days, which they didn't. I was advised 60 days only. I shouldn't have to wait for their processing bs when they are the ones who screwed up from the beginning. This businesses practices are horrendous and should not be able to do business in the United States. Cheap products from [redacted], poor order processing, horrible customer service, they hold your money hostage. I bank with [redacted], they do not take 60 days to return money. I have letters and verbal conversations confirmation from my bank this company has my money. This company are liars and thieves. I will guarantee that come the 26th of this month I'll be given an additional processing time. They are hoping to extend this process out as long as possible to close this complaint and not refund me. All I can say to anyone reading this BUYER BEWARE, they can't produce their products they are selling, the ones they do are cheep, and if you have to request a refund good luck getting your money back.
