Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Jeremey works for the call center and I have his phone number at my work I have called this company for weeks everyday and no one in this company has evervreturned my call If they can't supply their materials for diabetics then they don't need to be in business for the people I had to buy a New meter and strips on my own Now something should be done with the poor customer service I work in customer service everyday and thus company has poor customer service

After reading the complaint and researching the case, we found the person referred to by...

the complaining patient is not one of our employees. We have no record of a person named [redacted] ever been employed by ForaCare in the customer service capacity.
We did, however, have a record of the complaining patient reaching out to us for a reference to call in order to get a supply of strips covered by her insurance. We referred the patient to Althea, the distributor of our testing strips for the particular meter the patient was using. This is the only call logged in our system from the complaining patient. Please see attached copy for details.
Please understand the exchange the patient experienced and complained about took place with a company unrelated to Foracare. ForaCare is limited to supplying wholesalers like Althea with product to distribute directly to patients. ForaCare does not deal with the general public and has no control over a wholesalers process of managing their business or their customer service practices.
However, in a good-faith effort to bring a higher degree of customer satisfaction and awareness to the wholesaler in cases like this, we will conduct our own internal investigation and proceed to discuss better customer service practices with the wholesaler in question in order for such occurrences not to happen again.

Thank you very much for following up with the above described complaint. Once again, this customer misunderstood the source of her complaint. ForaCare as the manufacturer does not distribute or send supplies directly to end-users such as this customer, because we are not setup to bill any insurance or government program. When we receive calls about supplies, we had to refer patients to our supplier, a third party distributor, for any additional supply. Our in house customer service team handles problem related to product defects or how to use. Once the patients are referred, we had no control on how the supplier managed their customer Service flow. We can only encourage them or suggest them to improve but cannot enforce it.
In fact, right after we sent out last letter, we had our internal customer service team member (Medardo) reached out to the customer. Enclosed please find the detail report documented in our CRM system. It sound from the customer that she understood the situation and we have forwarded her to another supplier whom we believe will have much better reputation with more reliable and timely customer service.
We however understand that we are still responsible for which distributors we chose, so the customer might be happy to know we have discontinued further business transactions with that particular supplier.
We invite you or the customer to call our internal customer service team (toll-free#. 888-307-8188) directly to answer any additional questions she may have or you may have. When you do call, please refer to our internal.

Review: I have called this company due to I am a type diabetic and I got my testing strips from this company in the past. I have called this company 12 times to talk to a customer service agent, all I get is the call center. I called for the 11th time and talked to the office manager Jeremy and told him that I only had 8 strips left. I test my blood sugar 2xday. And Jeremy stated that he would have someone call me. No one from the company has called and now I have only 8 testing strips left I don’t know what I'm going to do. I told Jeremy this and all he said is I'll have someone call you. So now is 2.27.15 at 12:30pm and I call the company again and left another message. This is unacceptable for a company to do their customer like this. Thank you for listening foracare v12.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to find out why they treat their customers like this.

I have called this company for 3 weeks everyday and no one in this company has evervreturned my call. If they can't supply their materials for diabetics then they don't need to be in business for the people. I had to buy a New meter and strips on my own.
