Forbearance Corp.

Review: In February 2007 I entered into a preliminary agreement with the "G[redacted]r., 21) for buying an apartment in the residential complex [redacted] ". The contract was signed through an intermediary Melainvest (Bulgaria, town of Bourgas, Democratcia str., 162). The second installment was made into Malta bank account of Forbearance Corp. (Suite 606, 1220 N. Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, Country of New Castle, USA) according the letter from the builder . That was not stipulated in the agreement and violated its terms (art.3/1). It seemed to be illegal looking like money-laundering and tax evasion. So it was one of the reasons that forced me to suspend making payments. Besides, the seller changed the date of putting the subject into operation what violated art.4/1 of the agreement. In June 2009 I tried to initiate rescission of the contract but the builder ignored it. Finally the agreement was terminated only in June 2011. Until now the builder does not refund me amount paid in accordance with the preliminary agreement.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of the amount paid plus compensation for retaining it.
