I bought book in the store and then found out that their own online store price is 20% cheaper. I called the store and they said they don't match their own online store.
To add to that, they don't accept returns. even unopened items. exchange only.
What a ripoff. they got my money but lost a customer for life.
after doing more research, I found out that they are charging more for the book than the actual MSRP from the publisher. I think that's illegal for a new book. it's not a collectible.
Revdex.com should look into this.

Review: I have placed two orders with Forbidden Planet. Both were cancelled, despite the fact that the items were listed as in stock. I feel this is an issue of false advertising. No recompense has been offered.Desired Settlement: First, I would like the website to be held accountable for posting correct information.Second, I would like to company to offer alternate products which they will be able to fulfill.Finally, I'm aware that [redacted] is different from [redacted], however as the UK company is the parent company, I filed a complaint against the US branch since they fall under your jurisdiction in the hope of resolving this issue.
