Force 5 Automotive

My experience with Chris, owner of Force5Auto, was terrible. Myself and a partner spent close to $20,000 with him for a set of parts we needed. He sent us the wrong parts and refused to take them back without charging a 20% restocking fee (on his error!).

What's more, he didn't even make us aware of this restocking fee policy until after the sale. It came in the fine print on an invoice he refused to send in electronic form, even though it was requested. The invoice was actually dated for the day after the part arrived at the shop.

It's been months since I made Chris aware of this - he slow played responding and researching, playing games with me through his employees and refusing to take responsibility for anything. It's been a terrible experience all around.
