Review: On September 12/12/2014, I went to Force Electronics to get an estimate to fix my AC. I spoke to [redacted], the business Manager. He proceeded to tell me that he would run a diagnostic test to find out the problem.

He never stated anything in regards to the diagnostic test. He then instructed his employee to look at the AC compressor. His employee moved the compressor and all of a sudden the AC started working .

I asked [redacted] what the problem was, he never explained what the problem was and stated that I owed him $275 for fixing the AC. I refused to pay him that much money since he never went over any fees nor did I authorized any repair.

Since I did not want to argue with him, I ended up paying him $150.

However, the next day, the AC stopped working. I took back my car to his shop and told him about the problem. I also demanded my money back. He then had someone inspect the car again and told me that it was the AC hose and told me.

"Buy the hose and we will install them for free" He then said. " just bring me the car next Saturday and we will fix it for you.

I went back to his shop yesterday and he took my car to another AC repair business . Upon inspection he told me that to fix it ... it would be $325.

I refused to pay him and demanded my car back as well as my money.

He gave me $50 and refused to pay me the rest.

His business tactics are very questionable since he does not provide accurate and clear estimates and takes advantage of people ( I spoke to another angry customer). I never authorized any repairs without getting an estimate first.

He ended up forcing me to pay $150 that I never agreed to.

I hope you can help me resolve this matter and force this guy to provide ACCURATE and CLEAR estimates to customers.

This kind of greedy business practice can not be tolerated.

Than youDesired Settlement: I want all my money back since I never agreed to any repair and my AC is not working. I paid $150 and only got $50 back.

Review: I ordered a door latch for my volvo v70 for $120 plus $9.60 tax on 1/16/15. [redacted] who I believe is the owner said he would charge me that much to do it. He gave me a receipt and told me to come back in a week, I did, and he said he didn't have the part so he told me to come back in a week. I went several times for close to 2 months and each time I got the run around about the part. Last week he told me to come back today (3/9/15) and that if he didn't have the part by today he would give me my money back. I went and he said he couldn't find the part so I asked for my money and he said he would charge me $80 just checking for what part number I needed and said he would charge me for the taxes too. He handed me $50 dollars and tore my invoice and receipt and said we were done. I asked him for my receipt and he said it was no longer good. He did give it to me at the end but he gave me attitude and was dismissive. He kept my money and my cars door still doesn't work.

**Receipt # [redacted]Desired Settlement: I went every week for two months and each time I went he kept stalling, clearly knowing there was no progress on the purchase or delivery of my car part. He kept saying to come back the following week and never said or wrote anything on my invoice or receipt about "Labor", "Inspection" or "tax" fees for a job that was never attempted to be completed. I was beyond patient and he obviously took advantage of my trust and the fact that I don't know about cars. He might have overcharged me and who knows how many people he has done this or something similar to. I wish to be compensated because he wasted my time and I could have gone somewhere else to get it done.
