If I could give these clowns a -10 I would. Brought my Audi S4 in to have an oil leak fixed. Elite in Farmingdale had told me it was the intake gasket leaking so I passed that info to FFE. After 3 days of no communication from them (they RARELY answer the phone) I get a call saying there's a problem. The oil cooler pump is where the oil is leaking from. REALLY? Aren't you the pros? Shouldn't you diagnose an issue rather than take the customers word for it? If I brought you a muffler bearing and said this will fix my issue would you just do it? So add another $950 to my bill! THE WORST issue. I dropped the car off making no noises, no misfires, just leaking oil. When I went to pick it up it had a misfire on two cylinders and a KNOCK deep inside the engine. They are in deep denial that they did anything to cause it. They took it upon themselves to do a carbon cleaning ($125) when the 4.2 should NEVER need or be cleaned in this manner! I posted the whole scenario in the Audizine forum and all the experts there agree they did something. Whether they over-revved it, put a gasket on wrong, blocked a port or whatever. So now not only am I out the $2 grand, my car is worth half of what it was. Yes, I'll be taking them to court.
