Review: I ordered a replacement part online (Invoice #4526) on October 31, 2013. The company sent me the wrong item and I left a message to initiate an exchange. My phone call was not returned and I called again one week later and spoke to a sales representative who told me that she would look into it. I sent back the wrong item at my own expense. I heard nothing from the company so I called them again and have received no further correspondence nor has my credit card been issued a refund. They have never initiated any effort to remedy this situation.Desired Settlement: I am tired of dealing with these people and would simply like my money ($38.73) back. Thank you.

Review: I ordered diving fins from this company on 5/26/15. It took 3 weeks to receive the fins. They were too small so I called the company and they told me to return the fins and they would have a larger size made. I returned the fins on 6/22/15 insured for $350.00. I knew it would take a while to re-manufacture the fins and I wasn't in a hurry so I was patient and waited. Finally I called to find out what the status of my order was and S[redacted] informed me that they never received my fins. When I contacted the post office because I had bought insurance they told me Force Fins address was a UPS drop box and if the insurance is under $500 they would not require a signature. I have called S[redacted] at Force Fins at their two numbers and left messages asking her to call me back at least 6 days. I never received a call back. I am out $336.27 and they don't have the decency to return my calls. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like my $336.27 refunded. It is up to them to contact their mail server to see what happened to my package.
