I am rejecting this response because:His response is the same as the certified letter he sent on 9/08/2017 and that he dated 8/09/2017. I sent him a certified letter in response within five days. My letter was dated 9/13/2017.A copy of my response is attached.

longer perform the Contract mentioned above, Despite our several attempt to seek cooperation from you to comply and provide requested documentation from your mortgage company, Which were needed In order to disburse funds to start restoration work on your property due to damages caused by the fire loss. Funds were originally issued for your claim with State Farm Insurance Co. We went over and beyond our duties to help you and your family get back In your home as soon as possible. including, Force Restoration Inc. starting work early on your property at the cost of our money without any funds provided from you or your mortgage company to us, We did this all in good faith to try and speed up the process. Without any doubt that our funds would be replaced soon for work performed and completed to your property, Which unfortunately were not. As a result, of this and other Issues we have decided to terminate our contract to prevent further incurring out of pocket cost with no returned compensation . At this time we request you clear the balance owed for work performed and completed by Force Restoration Inc, on your property mentioned above.
