I am responding to this complaint because I believe that *** and *** *** 's vague description of events are misleadingI am a licensed contractor that has practiced a successful and ethical business in every aspect of the wordI was referred to the ***s through a mutual
acquaintance who has personally seen the work of *** Construction and was offering the olive branch to the complaintant. Prior to commencement of work I brought two interior designers to the ***s and a costum cabinet maker company with over yr established businessI provided a thorough proposal with itemize line for product, installation, and allowances for products used*** *** had a budget in mind like most do prior to our cimmunicationShe also had very good knowledge of product costI also have good working knowledge of cost for product and application.I can provide all material cost and lsubcintractor costs that will show how great a deal they were getingthe ***s were given multiple contracts to sign and I was given endless reasons why after their review they Werent ablw to get it back to me.They also wouldn't sign change ordersResulting in 1000$ added cost to contractorThey retained $with less then weeks work leftI'm patient,humble, and have had great experiences and relations with my clientsMy reputation should proceed meI understand it's my responsibility to get those signatures which has brought me hereThey avoided signing for a reason and I learned the hard way
