If it was possible to give zero stars I would This contractor, Dan F*, was completely unprofessional and irresponsible He was provided to me by my home warranty company to replace a water heater After initially showing up to do the job assessment, he became almost impossible to communicate with He told me a couple of times that he "may" be able to schedule me on a certain date to do the work and that he would call me to let me know for sure after he looked at his calendar He never called me back, ever I waited until after he said he would call and then started calling him He did this to me twiceI left messages over the course of days to find out when he would be able to perform the work so I could arrange my schedule to be there He never once responded Finally I was so fed up I contacted the warranty company to get another vendor assigned I never did get any work done by himOverall the impression that I have of him is that he is more concerned with obtaining the work than he is in actually DOING the work He certainly has no regard for his customers or their time Will never hire him!
