I went to*** *** looking to rent a mobile home on the 27th of July The home was infested with roachesI was told upon my deposit that it would be two weeks till I could move inEnough time for them to bomb and rid the property of roachesI agreed to this conditionOn the 29th of July I went to pay the remaining deposit amount and was told by*** ***"I dont want to rent out anything else until I get these (sorry for the lanuage)*** evicted." Mind you both of my daughters are mixedTwo weeks from July 29th the onsite repair man notitfied me that the property had not had any update to the infestationI contacted the Property owner for my deposit to be returnedHe refused saying that my money was forfeit since I no longer wanted to rent his propertyHe again stated he does not refund depositsThis man is a slum lordThe conditions in which he keeps his propertys and contracts is unacceptableI am a single mother working a minimum wage jobI can not afford people

Slum LordWhen we moved in it was fall so it was cool but not too coldWhen the summer months came the trailer was reaching tempatures of almost degrees (almost matching outside tempatures by only a few degrees) with the ac running at maxTo top it off this was one of his expensive trailersThe power bill on average was 300$ dollars a month, sometimes reaching 400$ a monthI brought the issue to his attention and his exact words were "This isn't the *** it's a trailer in the sunWhat do you expect"He refused to fix the AC (against the law in NC since the unit had ac when he rented it to us)He said he would weather proof the roof which he never didIt eventually turned to spring and it wasn't so bad but as soon as winter came the heat blew out and he refused to fix causing the trailer to reach tempatures of and degrees during the day and even colder at nightHe is a slum Lord at it's finestIf you want to rent from a spoiled brat who inherited all his land from his family and treats his tenants like peasants because we actually have to work and didn't get land handed down from daddy, than this company will be a great choiceIf you like to feel like you're living in a cardboard box that stays the tempatures of outside while paying to hundred a month in power to keep it a few degrees cooler/warmer than outside, thanI couldn't recommend this company more Renter BEWARE!!!! The ad on *** listed the trailer as renovated and in newly renovated conditionBEWARE, don't get sucked in to a lease with a spoiled brat who wants to charge rent but not spend ANY money on maintaining the propertyEvery time you pay rent he will whip out the wad of cash from everyone's rent and flaunt it and count it in front of you whilst using none of it to fix the homes making him that money and whilst you spend your wad on trying to keep your cardboard box of a trailer heated and cooledSLUM LORD!
