I am happy to report that we have resolved the dispute with Mr*** with the event timeline outlined below:
December 18th, 2017: We received the written notice from the Revdex.com and promptly looked into the Customer’s records confirming that Mr*** overpaid on a prior order made in resulting in amounts held on deposit of $Notes made within the customer’s account indicate that we had not received contact with Mr*** since October
December 19th, 2017: Using the contact information provided within the complaint, we were able to speak with Mr*** on the phone and confirmed that the preferred method of reimbursement was via check and obtained the preferred remittance address
December 22nd, 2017: Issued Check #*** for $to Mr*** and mailed to preferred address
Please let me know if there are any questions or concernsI hope that this will be sufficient to satisfy the complaint and would greatly appreciate if we are able to receive notification of resolve when available

I first contacted the ford field and lions organization regarding a refund in 2017. So the 12 months have not expired they took my money before that, however I did not request a refund until they closed my account and did not refund the money.

Company contacted the Bureau to state that the customer has been refunded
