On December 16, 2015, my wife and I purchased a Chevrolet Equinox from this place, we paid cash of more than $8,500.00, and they didn't even have the title to the vehicleIt's now February 12, and almost calendar days have past since we made the purchase, we STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE A LICENSE TAG, can't drive the vehicle because we're told they can't issue more than temp tags.We're lied to repeatedly by these peopleI've never, in my years, ever encountered such genuine lack of interest in customer satisfaction, such genuine incompetence but these folks simply do not give a ***!Their "customer care" rep named Lisa, she talks a good game about wanting to under promise and over deliver but then she wants to pass the buck and lay blame elsewhere but then she wont even return your callsBUYER BEWARE!!!!, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACEI'm contacting Ford and filing a complain tooThis place is the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad name!!!!! How can they sell a car they don't even have the title for?

A young gentleman named *** *** assist me quickly on resolving my difficulties concerning my previous vehicle
Mr *** *** presented all the financial papers and important documents to me
in a well mannered way that I can understand what I am signing for in purchasing my new car
Not to mention that I was able to see and converse with a lil girl now a grown pretty woman I have known since she was a *** *** :)
I am proud to have a dealership such as Ford Lincoln around this area, they look like they are all family working together
I am a very family oriented person, and they made my visit there very comfortable
