Review: On 9/**/14 I gave the sales person, [redacted] my charge card # for $100 to hold a car for me until I could get there in two days. He said the money would be refunded to my acct. if I did not purchase the car. When I met with him, he changed the oral terms from what I was previously told. The oral quoted rebate and zero percent financing was changed when it was time to sign the contract. Therefore I did not buy the car. When I asked [redacted] for my $100, he said it would be credited to my account the next day. I have called several times and each time I was assured I would receive the cred the next day. Finally I spoke with the [redacted], [redacted] who said he would NOT reund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the $100 refunded

Review: I purchased a new 2013 Ford E250 from Syosset Ford Lincoln of Huntington on ** JUL 2013. Included in the contract was a new rear bench seat. I was told this would be installed by the dealer and would match the factory installation. When I picked up the vehicle I was told the seat was orderd but would take another week. Three weeks later thee installer drilled 9 holes in the floor and mat of vehicle in preparation for the installation of the seat. when the installer showed me the seat it was a used 2008yr model with serous water and mold damage. The salesman told me he would make sure I would get a new 2013yr seat. In Dec. 2013 the salesman told me he could not honer the original agreement. the salesman offered to give me a full refund 1000.00 plus tx and in addition he would give me a new rear floor mat plus 40.00 for needed supplies so I could fix the damage myself. The salesman told me the mat was ordered and he made the check request and it would take a week for both. the weeks that followed I called many times and he reiterated that agreement. On ** FEB 2014 I spoke to the salesman and he told me he would not give me a floor mat nor would he mail me the refund check. This is a summery of events, I've made dozens of calls to various people at the dealership ([redacted] and [redacted]) in an attempt to settle this matter and have been met with hostility.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and a new floor mat

Review: On October [redacted], 2014 I was suppose to purchase a 2011 Lincoln MKX from Ford Lincoln of Huntington. About a half hour before heading to the dealer to pick up the truck, the deal fell through because of the fact that the dealer requested that my trade in on my BMW come with 2 sets of keys meanwhile when I had purchased the car 2 years ago, my car only came with 1 set. The 2 "salesmen" I dealt with who never once mentioned this at all to me after I had signed papers and all were [redacted] and [redacted]. On the [redacted] of October, [redacted] had demanded that I must put down a deposit so that they'd be able to hold the truck even though the truck was already considered "sold". I had written out a check for $100 as an extra deposit. That night after Ford Lincoln of Huntington had cancelled the deal, my mother requested to speak to the [redacted] about the entire situation of cancelling the deal on us. [redacted] was very rude to my mother and told my mother to "Hold her hand on her [redacted] to get the $100 deposit back" and then proceeded to curse out my mother. Not only were [redacted] and [redacted] very unprofessional to their customers , but they threatened us that they weren't going to give us back our money on a vehicle that we never purchased. It has been just under a month now, and I am STILL waiting on my money back. My mother and myself have tried to call Ford Lincoln of Huntington numerous amounts of times and [redacted] the general sales manager refuses to speak to us or help us and neither does [redacted]. This is absolute terrible business, these people are very unprofessional, rude to their customers, and are very shady. They became rude and filled with attitude especially once I told them that I wasn't going to take my car loan out with them for a 10% interest rate when I was offered 2.99% with my own bank. They owe me my $100 and I do not want to be robbed my money. No one there will even return our phone calls or anything. It's just terrible. I will never ever bring my business there again and I definitely wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100 back that I've been waiting for for a month already.
