Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I took the truck to Ford of Smithtown on to repair the manufacturers defect that [redacted] mentioned in his response As evidenced in the receipt I provided to Revdex.com, Ford of Smithtown repaired that problem...so we thought I returned on 122016, today is and my truck is not repaired [redacted] said that there was alot of damage caused and the parts are on back order to end of January!!! I still have to make payments on the truck, I am in a very small Ford Focus that my family does not fit in and Ford of Smithtown really damaged my truck This is not right I left [redacted] a message a week ago, and he will only respond to me on this website [redacted]

[Your Answer Here] As proven by the last response, and the receipt I provided, *** has selective memoryProof is provided and all of a sudden things happend differently This is the man I am trying to deal with, and this is what he does right out of the gate In the very least, NOW he acknowledges that one of his certified technicians did in fact repair the leaky axle back on 10/**/ The repair was completed on the same day How was Ford of smithtown able to get the correct axle in under hours and Hunting Ford can not get the correct axle until end of January 2017? I asked Gabrielle to have some one LOOK at my truck, and to see if it was safe to drive, not repair it *** *** just as busy, if not busier and they took me right in due to the potential danger I was in, and they were right to do so Ford of Smithtown could not care less The "new" axle that Ford of Smithtown "Supplied and installed" did not break on its own in under thousand miles No one at Smithown Ford has tried to reach out to me since this happend on 12/*/2016, *** knows the rental car that I had to rent on my own credit card is to small for my family No response to anything I bought cars from this dealership My truck may never drive correct again because of ***s certified techniciansand *** or Ford of Smithtown do not care about what they did

Please be advised we have set up an appointment with this customer for Saturday 1/**/17 to resolve their issues with us.

Customer came in and requested to have the vehicle inspected. Customer felt that it was taking too long for the truck to be brought in and after approximately 45 minutes he informed the service advisor that he can no longer wait, and that he will take it to [redacted] Lincoln to have it...

inspected. Upon inspection they found out that the rear axle is leaking due to a manufacturer defect, and that they will have to order the part. The part ends up being on back order and the customer is not happy. Any questions please ask for [redacted] - Service Director. I took the truck to Ford of Smithtown on 10/**/2016 to repair the manufacturers defect that [redacted] mentioned in his response.  As evidenced in the receipt I provided to Revdex.com, Ford of Smithtown repaired that problem...so we thought.  I returned on 12/*/2016 to Ford of Smithtown because all of my dashboard lights went on and the REPAIRED axle was making really bad noise.  They would not take a look, even after I begged the girl Gabrielle and said I dont think it was safe to drive.  She didnt care, and told me to sit down.  After waiting 1.5 hours for someone to just look at it, I was forced to drive to [redacted] where they looked at it and told me it was very unsafe to drive and I could not leave with it.  They showed me the problem caused by Ford of Smithtown (I have video) and [redacted] seems to think that Ford of Smithtown may have put the wrong axle in my truck.  This all happened on the 12/*/2016, today is 12/**/2016 and my truck is not repaired.  [redacted] said that there was alot of damage caused and the parts are on back order to end of January!!!  I still have to make payments on the truck, I am in a very small Ford Focus that my family does not fit in and Ford of Smithtown really damaged my truck.  This is not right.  I left [redacted] a message a week ago, and he will only respond to me on this website.
