Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In response to Mr [redacted] II,Sir,I completely understand that mistakes can be made on websites That said, prior to purchase I made every effort (with proof in the form of emails and phone calls, available upon request) to ensure the vehicle that was being sold to me was as described and "as advertised" I was specifically told it was "loaded" and equipped as "advertised" I would feel very comfortable repeating same under oath I asked the salesman to ensure we were talking about the same vehicle and the options The salesman, [redacted] Sresponded by taking a photo of the VIN advertised and sending it to me This was confirmation, in my mind, that we were talking about the same vehicle and put me at ease Photos cannot capture afeatures such as the FXPackage which involves different springs and skid plates Photos are also unable to capture whether the vehicle had the dealer added Snowplow package, which I learned later from [redacted] websites, consists of upgraded electric 7,000lbs springs on the front axle Finally, photos themselves would not capture other items such as on board navigation, XM radio, and other features As consumers, we hope that dealing with reputable dealers that may simply rely on "truth in advertising" practices and ethics Many winches are mounted behind the bumper and behind the license plate I did not wait a month to bring this to light I spoke to ***, the day the truck was delivered! [redacted] was the person who made the delivery This matter was brought up prior to signing any paperwork! He agreed that there was no winch upon our examination and advised me to "call the dealership" His words, "they are good people, they'll make it right" It was then I signed the documents and took delivery of said vehicle It was afterward that I discovered the other items missing as well I sent an email to [redacted] Swithin hours, (no response)(See attached email) I sent an email to [redacted] Sagain on 6-21-16, (no response)(See attached email)I re-sent the above email again to [redacted] Son 6-27-16, (no response)(See attached email)As you can see from the attached email, one of many, I was prompt to not only bring the matter up but repeatedly sent the email to no avail. It was after my own due diligence to resolve this matter that I stated to the representative at Bergstrom [redacted] that I would seek out an outside party to assist with this complaint This is why this matter is now with Revdex.com.I would simply like to travel down to a local [redacted] Dealership and add the missing features I would suggest in the future that the person who does the website does not "cut and paste" features from one vehicle to another I had two other vehicles in mind when I chose this one My decision to chose this one was at least partially due to some of the features I thought I would get with the advertised truck Regards, [redacted] ***

I had my transmission replaced in my Lincoln LS 2 years ago when they perform the work I got my car back and when I left the garage it had an exhaust leak which it didn't have before I took it to them took it back and they fixed it And charged me for it they had to take the dual exhaust of my car and there's some tube that runs to some goofy valve which is plastic and where the hose connects on to that plastic piece they broke it and they told me Due to the age of the vehicle that I would have to pay for it what a bunch of crock this time took my car back in because of a shake that I had in the tire and the clockspring was bad told them to replace clock spring because air bag light was on and cruise control didn't work they took two weeks to perform the work and then he calls me back and says the airbag light is still on do you want me to further diagnosis this I said yes make the airbag light go off about a half hour later I needed my car I call them back and said forget it I'll live with the airbag light on he says okay I'll send a driver to your house right away two pick you up 2 hours later a driver shows up I live 15 minutes minutes away get my car and there's no airbag light on at all they lied to me it's even in the in work order estimate another $400 to replace a wire harness under my seat which dosn't need to be replaced at allI'm glad I called them back and said forget it save me another $400 for something that they would have never done nothing to Fix it when there was nothing wrong to fix the sales person told me when I picked my car up the airbag light comes on and goes off comes on goes off its never came on once.

When I purchased my vehicle in 2014 I was not told about the car history of the vehicle and also was told I could get the rust fixed on my vehicle for $200 a spot. I have been searching now for 2 years to get the rust fixed and cannot find a place to complete the service for under $1000. I feel cheated by the sales person, Chad, that I worked with. Also now that I have had a change in career and will be commuting a little further for work, I am looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage. I am looking into leasing a car and when I was in yesterday the person I was working with pulled the carfax and explained to me that my trade in value is not as high as he would like because of the moderate damage that was done to the car just before I purchased it. I was not informed of this when looking or buying the car. To my understanding this is something that the sales person is required to inform their clients. To top it off I have received poor customer service from the management as well. Every time I would go in for a simple oil change they would come back with at least $500 worth of repairs that need to be done. The told me my brakes were below 3mm and needed them changed immediately. I brought my vehicle someplace else just to take a look at the brakes and said I had over half the life on the brakes remaining. Another incident was when I had to bring my vehicle in for a recall repair and when I leave the shop, my steering is completely off, I called Bergstrom back to speak with the management just to bring it to their attention that I felt like I was being taken advantage of with all of these "repairs", stressed my concern about the brake situation, and asked them to fix my steering because it was not like that when I brought it in.. Long story short, the Customer Service Manager said there was nothing he could do to help me. Time and time again I receive poor customer service and constantly get screwed over with their untruthfulness. I want others to know about their poor customer service and would like something in return from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.

Review: had exhuest, power stearing, axle, and heater switch work done on my truck on 11-5-14 and when I got it back the dash lights didnt work I called and left a message the same day I picked up 11-7-14 with ken the service adviser who took in the truck I didnt get any responce monday I called and left service manager with no responce all dash lights worked fine befor I droped of my truckDesired Settlement: fix dash lights or full refund
