I went into this dealership to purchase the car I've been leasing for three yearsThe salesman, Raul *** (who I had to look up, since he never gave me his name), sat my boyfriend and I at a table and left us for ten minutesWhen he came back, he wanted to set up an appointment for me to purchase the car but refused to speak with me directlyHe told my boyfriend, who was sitting next to me, that "she will need to bring her car and registration" and asked "when is she available"I left feeling dehumanized and disrespected
Additionally, the man at the front desk was on a personal phone call and clipping his nails loudly, which is less offensive and more just plain gross
Their sales people are super friendly when you are buying something but when I returned with a problem they were unempathetic, nasty and downright rude. I was sold a defective car and their response was that it was somehow due to my driving the vehicle. Their own service department said that was not the case. I will NEVER do business with them again and will warn everyone I know to stay away. I received the worst possible treatment from these people. Once they have your money, they are done with you.
