After the police officers leave and the customers leave we speak to the owner and he tells us to make a one time courtesy and exchange the item. We had the clients number on their reciept and we call them and ask them to come in and settle this issue. We tell the client they may pick any item (or any items combined), all merchandise is priced and they look through the whole store and pick this watch. The watch is not fake, and all watches made by [redacted] since 1968 have been made in China or Japan (and not in the United States), I have attached a link to [redacted] that gives the history since inception of the company. As far as the claim that we sell fake jewelry, the client (as far as my knowledge) has never purchase any gold items from our store. The claim that our 10kt is mixed with silver is baseless, we either sell 10kt, 14kt or silver items. We do not sell mixed gold and we have been in business for over 20 years. As far as the disrespectful service, I am sorry that the client felt disrespected. Our store policy is not meant to offend anyone. We never raised our voices or cursed at the client (although we did get yelled at by them). As far as the desired settlement the watch is real and we can not exchange or refund the money because we have adjusted the watch to the clients wrist making it a custom job. Due to past experience with this client we are not prepared to amend our store policy for this client again. The client is free to check the watch at any jewelry store to see that it is real, but I have added a website link that shows that all new [redacted] watches are made in China or Japan (and not in the USA as the client claims).

Review: I have purchased a watch that I thought was original ([redacted] men's watch) for $200.00 looking the watch up to see if I have gotten a great deal the watch is a fake a worth $5.95 on line and any corner discount store.[redacted] watches are made in U.S.A the watch on the back say made in China. He said the watch is original.THE store has fake jewelry 10karat is mixes with silver and over priced with everything. The service was so disrespected the police was called and are willing to testify to the disrespect.Desired Settlement: The watch is not real and want our money back.
