Thank you.After reading both letters I find that the matter of the head lamps seem to be resolved.  I does not ask the shop that repaired - or replaced the rad to do anything more with the head lamps.   He tells us that he now has the second rad which he states is rusty.  Even...

though it was brand new when we put it in his car.  It only got rusty from being in the car.   Now we come to the action of what is left to respond to. And that is the cost of replacing the rad in the other shop. We have told him that will be taken care of by O'rielly parts store. But it would seem he does not want to do that.  I believe my hands are tied. As he will be reimbused the full amount of that repair. The head lamps not being any more a problem to him. We have sent you a file with info from [redacted] as well as from our own shop. We have asked [redacted] for any info to support his effort to maintain the warranty on the tires. As you can see he has not given us that info at this time. And...

from what we see now it looks like he may never be able to supply us with the rotations needed to keep his warranty in good order. At this date we have only the copy as shown in the PDF files. No rotations or wording of any type of rotation is on the files.

I am rejecting this response because:Fordyce Auto Center must accept financial responsibility for the losses attributable to the work Fordyce Auto Center failed to perform for Claimant (but was paid for). Unfortunately, Mr. Fordyce continues to make illogical responses that might be intended to annoy or alarm the reasonable person. Claimant remains adamant regarding a refund for service/parts paid for at Fordyce Auto Center that were never satisfactorily received (a total of $605 as tabulated in the previously submitted claim letter/receipts that Mr. Fordyce acknowledged receipt of via voicemail, but chose to deny receiving when contacted by Revdex.com). Mr. Fordyce/Fordyce Auto Center needs to remit $605 as soon as possible. Thank you.
