Customer * has filed this complaint against the incorrect companyThe complaint mentions NationStar which is not our company or a branch of our organizationThe complaint also mentions a charge for insurance which we do not provide;
we provide real estate listing informationUpon receiving this complaint we attempted to search our database for an account using the info provided on the complaintWe were unable to locate any accounts in our system using first & last name, email address, or phone numberOn 9/5/we called Customer * and explained we had received a complaint but had not been able to locate an account with the information providedAlso in this call, we explained what our organization does; Customer * confirmed she had filed the complaint against the wrong company and did not have an account or charges from our organization
Although, this complaint is not about ForeclosureFortunes.net; the customer complained about the wrong companyThe customer is complaining of an additional insurance fee that has been applied and is upset about something to do with her escrowI did call the customer & she did confirm she made the complaint against the wrong company and did not have an account with usI believe in the past we have been able to call the Revdex.com and have them fully remove these complaints rather than having us respond & show the complaint as closed
I believe that if you reply to Revdex.com with response, they will more than likely simply post the rebuttal and wait for customer contact before closing the complaint rather than removing the complaint completely

Case # XXXXXXXX
Thank you for notifying us of Customer [redacted] experience. We do apologize for any misunderstanding, and would like to verify what occurred with Customer [redacted] account. On 2/16/2015,...

an account was registered using Customer [redacted] name, email, phone number, mailing address and credit card information. For all registrations, the customer must agree to be billed $1 for a 7-day trial and $49.60 each month thereafter until canceled. We display our billing protocol on our registration page and require all customers to provide personal information including name, address, phone number, email, & complete credit card information. We also require all customers check a box stating they have read and agree with our Terms of Use. We regret Customer [redacted] confusion but all charges made by our organization must be authorized by fully completing registration page, checking box stating you have read & agreed to terms of use and clicking the "Join Now" prompt. We did not receive any correspondence or cancellation requests until 2/27/2015 when Customer [redacted] called our customer service department to inquire about charges. We immediately canceled this account, explained how registration occurs and confirmed all registration information as accurate. In efforts to resolve this complaint, we have refunded the charge from our company totaling $49.95. This represents 100% of all funds requested to be refunded by the customer. We are confident this fully resolves the customers concerns.

Yes, after several tries they removed the picture of my fathers house. They had a picture of my fathers house in their listing of REO Foreclosure. My father built his house with his hands over 55 years ago and it has been paid for. I think...

the house in foreclosure was 5 or 6 houses down from my fathers. These people do not check the accuracy of the pictures they post. They have some listings as single family homes and have a picture of a street. I just don't think this is right.
