Date: October 23, at 8:32:PM EDT Subject: Re: Complaint of [redacted] There is no damage to Mr***'s yard I spoke to Mr [redacted] before he made his complaint to you guysAt the jobsite AND on the phone I told him if there was any damage to his yard we would fix it anywayIn our last conversation on the phone Mr***s told me he would let me know how he wants to proceedHe then proceeded to make a complaint and request we sod his entire back yardI attached pictures of his yardWe were working at Mr***'s neighbor's house for days We removed a tree that was on the fence line of the properties on the 2nd dayWe had to lower some limbs into Mr***'s yard because majority of the canopy leaned into his yardMr***'s house was vacant/emptyThere was no one around to ask permission to go into the yard and clean upWe did not drive our trucks into his yard or grassWe backed the chipper into his driveway and chipped up the limbs that we took to the chipperMr [redacted] showed up On the 2nd day as we were cleaning up his yard He said, 'make sure you rake up well.' We then raked up, cleaned the yard and leftI wouldn't be in business and would probably have alot more complaints of I just went around destroying everyone's yard Thanks, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I am not seeking any restitution so I guess in essence I am settling this claim, especially in light of a sales contract being signed, but I am far from satisfied with this company's response or impressed with their business practices. Trespassing with heavy equipment on a rain-drenched lawn without permission is far from what I consider an upstanding business model. Oh well, I suppose whatever serves your purpose at the moment is what is right so best of luck to you

anyway. In our last conversation on the phone Mr. [redacted]s told me he would let me know how he wants to proceed. He then proceeded to make a complaint and request we sod his entire back yard. I attached pictures of his yard. We were working at Mr. [redacted]'s neighbor's house for 2 days.   We removed a tree that was on the fence line of the 2 properties on the 2nd day. We had to lower some limbs into Mr. [redacted]'s yard because majority of the canopy leaned into his yard. Mr. [redacted]'s house was vacant/empty. There was no one around to ask permission to go into the yard and clean up. We did not drive our trucks into his yard or grass. We backed the chipper into his driveway and chipped up the limbs that we took  to the chipper. Mr. [redacted] showed up On the 2nd day as we were cleaning up his yard.  He said, 'make sure you rake up well.' We then raked up, cleaned the yard and left.
