Here are all the correspondeces via email that I have had with the companyHowever, I gave this company my checking account information, ssn, and date of birth over the phoneI never received any kind of receipt for the $they say they are going to bill me forI believe this is a fraud
company and they stole my information to use for their own personal gain.

This company was helpful when you needed to buy insurance, but when I tried to cancel they were extremely rude, told me to do it myself, when I told them that I didn't have the contact information, that my son had it and had moved and couldn't find it, he told me to tell my son to grow up, and then hung up on me Very, very unprofessional If they refused to cancel for me, then at least he could have given me the information so I could do myself He rattled off some name abbreviations that I didn't understand and hung up I tried to call back, but he would hang up as soon as the phone was answered

We are a health insurance agency that represents multiple carriers across the country.  [redacted] submitted her information online to receive a phone call from a health insurance agent.  [redacted] filled out a web form with her first and last name, zip code, phone number, and email address.  We called her, went over some different health insurance options, and she ended up buying a plan from our agency.  [redacted] was the licensed health insurance agent that sold her the health insurance plan.   After the plan was sold, [redacted] did a follow up phone call and email with [redacted] to keep her informed about her plan.

Review: This company stated they were a underwriter for health ins. coverage. I do not know how they got my telephone number, but they called and offered me health insurance that was very affordable. They asked me to provide them with my ssn, birth date, address, and checking account info. I gave them this information. However, it has come to my knowledge that this is not a legit company and I believe they are stealing people's identity. Their website looks fake and they seem to have people working from out of their homes as customer service. I would like this to be checked into so no one else potentially has their identity stolen. The sales agent, [redacted], stated his license number as [redacted],Desired Settlement: I would like for the owners to go to jail and for the company to be closed and fronted out for other's to know and beware of them and what they are doing.
