I made an appointment at Foreign Auto Alternative to get my snow tires put on on a SaturdayVery convenient to have that option, since I usually work late during the weekGlenn S*** (the owner who previously managed the shop and has worked there for a total of years) was very courteous, and welcomed any and all questions that I had about my carAs he checked my tire situation, he informed me that one of my locking lug nuts was missing, and brought me over to see itI called the dealership right away and was able to take the shop car to retrieve a new set of locking lug nuts, and also do some shopping around town while waiting for the car to be readyThe price was reasonable, and it was a nice change to be able to meet and talk with the person doing the work on my car instead of knowing that "someone" in the big dealership garage would be responsibleWhile my car was at FAA, Glenn also threw in a safety inspection and made sure everything was wearing correctly, as my car is brand new and has only been driven for two monthsI will definitely return to this shop for any future work on my car!
