I am rejecting this response because: This is not the agreement that was made, I purchased this vehicle based on what I was guaranteed by the dealership. If was told that they may not be honor the agreement I would have never agreed to finance this vehicle. I would prefer not to trade in my vehicle due to the fact I purchased this and 3 months later the transmission was gone. So quite frankly I don't trust any of the vehicles they have on the lot. I just expect them to honor the agreement they made, and that's it. If they were not sure that this offer could be honored that should have never offered it. I feel like that sold me a deal just to get me into a vehicle.

to work with your budget which was very limited amount of money at the time since it was only $400 and only looking to spend a maximum of $700 on a vehicle and also you were advised to maybe try and consider the financing option to be able to get a newer car with a lower miles but after taking a look at the inventory we had you decided to take one of our trades that we get from customers and wholesale which was a 17 years old car with almost 200k miles on it and for that you were offered a complete test drive before making the final decision on buying it and also we explained that the car would need some work done on it and that would be you sole responsibility  , after you completing the test drive you decided that this car will fit you limited budgets of $400 , aslo you were advised that the car would be sold in a as is condition which was explained to you since we cant offer any kind of warranty on that car due to the age and millage and also the price that was sold for , however after you drove the car for few days and then got a quote on fixing it you decided that it would not work for you and wanted us to pay for the repairs which we couldnt again because of the low price that you bought it for and that fact that it was sold to you in an AS IS CONDITION which means that the dealership will not be responsible for any fixing of the car , also when you took position of the car it was in a working condition ,upon request we can provide all the documents that reflect the purchase agreement and the as is condition also the delivery receipt that you signed after inspecting the car and fully know what was the condition of it ,  if you have any questions or concerns please contact us , thanks you

I am rejecting this response because:
I still contend this company was not forthright in this transaction.  I was promised a refund by the manager who then reneged.  This verbal agreement to resolve this transaction was witnessed by the sales rep.  Please help me receive this refund back please.  This is horrible and they should not be allowed to take advantage of consumers who are vulnerable financially.

To whom it may concern , Mr. [redacted] had came on Nov 27/2017 and put a NON REFUNDABLE $100 deposit NOT $500 on a vehicle with the promise to complete the required down payment to be able to finance this vehicle and signed a purchase order reflecting this amount and this agreement and then he came...

to the dealership stating that he has changed his mind about that vehicle and he would like to switch his deposit to another vehicle after we held that first one for him for a period of 12 days and then he came back again to say that he changed his mind again and would like us to bring him a different car just like the first one since he was having another change of heart ,  thats when he was explained to that it can not work that way and he cant keep doing this , thats when he said ok to the first car but he is still trying to come up with the rest of the down payment required , but then again after couple more days he called the dealership and spoke to the sales man cage and the sales manger alex stating that would like to change it back to the other car and at this point he was advised that the original agreement is in place and he can not be doing this and costing us to lose business for turning away customers on the same vehicle h is holding and then changing his mind ...then he called after that to say he might be having a problem coming up with the rest of the down payment , upon request we will be able to send you all paperwork signed by the customer stating all those facts,,,thanks
