Foreign Car Repair

I was driving and hit a curb and ruined both of my tires and rims on the right side of my carI contacted *** *** of Foreign Car Repair because he said that he would order both of them as well as fix other paint issues that I had on my carHe claimed that he needed the money beforehand in order to order all of the piecesI gave him $in order to do all of these repairs and he claimed to go to Audi Birmingham the next day to order all of the partsHe said he needed $for the rims, $for the tires, and the remaining $for the paint workAfter waiting two weeks because he continually came up with excuses of why the pieces were not in and he told me that Audi said the car needed to be taken in to have the repairs done because the car was leased, I called the Audi Dealership and they said that the rims had been ordered, not paid for, and there were no tires that had been ordered or were at the dealership, and that the car did not even need to be taken in to be fixed
