Image Audio and Security sincerely apologizes for any miscommunication or inconvenience that the related Digital Video Recording (DVR) device malfunctioning issues may have caused this clientWe took the swiftest action possible with the manufacturer to replace the DVR unit, and communicated with the client that the DVR would have to be first returned to the manufacturer in order for the manufacturer to replace the DVR We also communicated that the DVR manufacturer would, and in fact did, honor their commitment with Image Audio and Security to replace the DVR device with a new and comparably spec model DVR It was also communicated with the client that any delay in replacement was a result of the specific model originally installed being unavailable as discontinued The time lapsed for the manufacturer to send the replacement DVR device was three weeks As stated, the manufacturer responded to the request for replacement and delivered the new, comparable spec DVR model to the business on Tuesday, October 21, We contacted the client upon receipt of the DVR device and scheduled installation for the same day We take seriously any concerns of our client and understand the frustrationAs a long standing company with who values all of our customers, we took to heart that a different technician on our team would, and in fact did complete the DVR replacement installation as requested by the clientThe DVR replacement installation was completed and sign-off by the customer on October 21,
The client requirements were for surveillance and recording devices both within the interior and exterior of the home Image Audio and Security was responsive to additional requests made during the both the initial installation process and the subsequent DVR device replacement installation, as this client requests centered on concerns of possible illegal activity within and surrounding the propertyAccording to install records and Image Audio and Security’s owner’s personal action, the company ensured that the both the initial installation and the replacement DVR installation were completed to all of the specifications, and provided without additional cost to the customer conduit tubing as a bonus to ensure that the wiring for system (DVR, Hidden Camera, Alarm System) were well contained and out of sight for a stealth appearanceWe welcomed the client’s inspection of the entirety of work which was acknowledged and signed off on the receipt of work at the completion of the installation before accepting final payment
In summary, an installed DVR device became inoperable and required replacement Replacing an item, such as the aforementioned DVR device is a business process and importantly does not constitute theft as accused It is a requirement of the manufacturer that an item be return prior to replacement with another unit of comparable value and functionality
Further, any accusations of hostile or unprofessional behavior are untrue and categorically false We understand that personality differences, in a rare instance, may create sensitivitiesAdditionally, we understand that the reasons for which customers call on our company to install surveillance and security packages are sometimes a result of stressful circumstances Two of the core tenants of our company culture is integrity and professionalism at all timesAs such, we have maintained the same company telephone number and email address for more than years to ensure continuity and consistency with our clients over the years to be able reach us at any time

 WE DID RECEIVE ANOTHER BOX AND OUR RECORDS SHOW 5 WEEKS NOT 3 WEEKS ALSO WE HAVE CALL RECORDS TO HIS PHONE THAT HE REFUSED TO RETURN FROM OUR CELL PHONE TO OUR HOUSE PHONE RECORDS. WHICH WE CAN PROVIDE YOU FOR PROOF ALSO A MESSAGE HE SENT TO MY WIFE'S CELL TELLING HER STOP CALLING THERE IS NO ONE HERE BY THAT NAME OR COMPANY NAME.
THE COMPANY THAT CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE NEW DVR TOLD US WE WERE TOTALLY OVER CHARGED AND NONE OF THE WORK WAS COMPLETED UP TO CODE THE SAME JOB AND EQUIPMENT [redacted] USED WOULD OF COST ME 950.00 WHICH INCLUDED TAX.[redacted] CHEATED THE GOVERNMENT AND ASKED FOR CASH SO HE DID NOT HAVE TO FILE THE JOB. LIKE I STATED BEFORE THE IRS WILL ALSO BE INVOLVED ALONG WITH ALL PARTIES. THE 2ND. BOX WE RECEIVED ALTHOUGH IT WAS A NEW ONE IT WAS ALMOST $100.00 CHEAPER THEN THE ONE WE PAID FOR.WHICH HE NEVER REFUNDED TO US. WE HAVE ALL RECORDS AND TIMED CALLS MADE TO HIM AND HIS COMPANY SO WE ARE NOT TELLING THE UN TRUTH BUT THE FACTS AND WE HAVE BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENT THE CALLS AS PROOF WE WANT ALL DAMAGES FIXED COMPLETELY AND BY CODE.IT IS A REAL SHAME THAT A COMPETITOR TOLD US THE COMPLETE JOB WAS HUNDREDS LESS THEN WE WERE CHARGE AND WE WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. NOT TO MENTION HE GAVE US THE CHEAPEST CAMERA'S AVAILABLE....WE WANT THE DAMAGES FIXED AT HIS EXPENSE NOT OURS. HE TOLD US HE KNOWS THE INSPECTOR AND WILL TALK THIS OVER WITH HIM AND THE FUNNY THING IS OUR CITY INSPECTOR NEVER HEARD OF HIM OR HIS COMPANY...SO ALL IS NEEDED TO BE FIXED PROPERLY. I WOULD LIKE [redacted] WHO INSTALLED THE BOX THE SECOND TIME TO DO THE REPAIRS FROM HIS COMPANY AND FOR [redacted] TO COMPENSATE HIM FOR HIS WORK BEFORE THIS GOES TO THE LAWYERS.THE COURTS AND THE IRS TO PULL ALL HIS PERSONAL FILES ON HIS WORK WE WILL NOT BE SATISFIED TO ALL MEETS OUR STANDARDS AND OUR CITY CODES AND ARE INSPECTED BY A CITY OFFICIAL OF OUR CHOICE NOT HIS. AND AS FAR AS MY WIFE SIGNING OFF ON THE INVOICE IT WAS FOR THE VIDEO WORKING WE DID NOT SEE ALL DAMAGES UNTIL HE WAS GONE AND CALLED HIM RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS NOT EVEN MAN ENOUGH TO COME TO ME FOR PAYMENT NOT TO MENTION WE PAID FOR A SECOND CAMERA WHICH WAS TO BE INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY AND FOR 2 WEEKS NO WORD FROM HIM BECAUSE HE FINALLY CALLED US HE WAS IN THE CAROLINA'S ON VACATION WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU ABOUT HIS LIE'S AND ETHICS AND WORK. WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE [redacted] DO ALL REPAIRS AT DARRELL'S COST TO COMPENSATE HIM FOR HIS MATERIALS AND LABOR AND THEN THIS CAN BE FINALLY FINISHED AND OVER WITH. FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE COST OF THE BOX HE CAN PAY US DIRECTLY WITH A BANK CHECK. A CUSTOMER DOESN'T PAY ONE PRICE AND GET A LOWER PRICE UNIT IN RETURN WHILE THE VENDOR PROFITS. IS HE STATES THIS ISN'T SO, I CAN GIVE YOU THE WEB PAGES FROM NIGHT OWL DIRECTLY AND YOU YOURSELF CAN COMPARE PRICES. SAME GOES FOR HARD DRIVE CHARGED $90.00 COST ONLY $49.00 WITH FREE SHIPPING. HE RAKED US OVER THE COALS WITH HIS EQUIPMENT WE PAID BEING TOLD WAS THE BEST TO FIND OUT THEY ARE CHEAP JUNK FROM THE OTHER INSTALLERS. AND NOT TO MENTION HIS SHADY WORK. TWO OTHER INSTALLERS LOOKED AT HIS WORK AND JUST HELD THEIR FOREHEADS AND SHOOK THEIR HEADS AND TOLD US GO AFTER HIM. SO HERE WE ARE AGAIN AT STAGE ONE.MY PHONE RECORDS, THE OTHER TWO INSTALLERS PROFESSIONALS IN THIS FIELD, AND THE PICTURED AND HIS RESPONSE TO COVER HIS ACTIONS....IS WE BELIEVE, ENOUGH TO FRAUD HIM ON 19 NEWS AND LET THE PUBLIC KNOW AND SEE ALL ABOUT HIM AND HIS COMPANY. WHICH WILL BE OUR NEXT STEP AFTER THE IRS IS FOLLOWED UP ON. THANK YOU AND PLEASE RESPOND BEFORE MY STATUTE OF LIMITATION RUN OUT ON THIS MATTER. AGAIN WE HAVE PHONE RECORDS FROM OUR CELL PHONE PROVIDER, HOME LAND LINE PHONE RECORDS AND EMAILS HE SENT MY WIFE STATING DON'T CALL AGAIN WRONG NUMBER BUT IS THE SAME NUMBER ON HIS BUSINESS CARDS. AND THE LIST OF CALLS WE MADE ARE LONG CONSIDERING WHAT HE STATES MY RECORDS AND TIMES AND DATES DON'T LIE BUT SHOW THE TRUTH. ALSO PICTURES THAT SHOW HIS UNPROFESSIONAL WORK AND DAMES HE MADE TO MY HOME. AND NOT FOLLOWING UP ON CODES OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. AND THEN TO CAP IT OFF HIS FRAUD TO THE US GOVERNMENT ON TAXES WHICH ALL HAVE BEEN WITNESSED AT MY HOME AS HE SPOKE. I REALLY WANT THIS IN FRONT OF A JUDGE AND ON AIR WITH THE NEWS MEDIA. WE ARE THROUGH WITH THIS MAN AND HIS LIES. YOU MIGHT BELIEVE HIM AND HE IS A SMOOTH TALKER. BUT BLACK AND WHITE TIMES DATES AND NUMBER DON'T LIE ALONG WITH PICTURES WE HAVE TAKEN AND PROFESSIONALS LOOKING AT HIS WORK. ALL WE WANT IS TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE DIFFERENCE OF THE BOX AND ANOTHER INSTALLER TO FIX ALL HIS WRONGS AND DAMAGES AT DARRELL'S COST. AND WE ARE REQUESTING [redacted]'S COMPANY TO DO SO.IF HE CAN NOT COMPLY WE WILL GO LEGALLY AND BE COVERED BY THE NEWS MEDIA ABOUT HOW HIS COMPANY WORKS.
