Dear [redacted],  At your request, [redacted] and I reviewed the credentials that you presented for review, as well as the evaluation completed for you by our office. First of all, please accept our apologies for the typo on the country of education. This has been corrected. Second, at your...

request, we have added the hours for your practical training in the notes section. No credit is recommended for these as they are not listed in the Dodatok. The diploma paper was also added to the notes.   The resource ‘The Soviet System of Education’ published in 1992, has been removed at your request.  In the notes section, we added a note that all of the diplomas you have received are with honors.  As far as the credits for your study at the Artemivsk Technical School of Railway Transport, please allow me to note the following. There are different lengths of study for those that are admitted to the program of the Specialist Diploma on the basis of the Diplom Molodshogo Spetsialista (Diploma of Junior Specialist). From the Dodatok to the Specialist Diploma, it is not clear whether you have been admitted to the first, second or the third year of study. The length of the program was indicated as 2 years and 5 months. The website for the Ukrainian State Academy of Railroad Transport indicates that the standard length of study for the Specialist Diploma is 2 years full time and 3 years part-time at [redacted] In order for our office to determine whether any additional credit from the Diplom Molodshogo Spetsialista represents undergraduate level study, you will need to provide a letter or a certificate from the Archives that indicates the year to which you were admitted, the breakdown of courses per semester or year for the diploma of Specialist and the breakdown of courses that were credited from the study for the Diplom Molodshogo Spetsialista. Once you are able to do so, we will review the evaluation at no charge to you.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

FCSA will address the complaint issues as described by Ms. [redacted].  Her first statement indicating she paid $360 per evaluation is not possible.  In 2004, our prices for an evaluation (depending on the type of evaluation requested) ranged from $75 - $110.  Ms. [redacted] incorrectly...

states that evaluation reports were $120 at that time.  That is also not true as the evaluation prices in 2004 were either $75 or $110.  Ms. [redacted] also indicates that the inclusion of her PhD was not included in her 2006 report, and that could have been due to a variety of circumstances, the most common one being that the documentation she provided did not warrant comparability and/or equivalency of academic credit to US regionally accredited institution.  However, we cannot fully know the reasons for this as we only keep our files on record for two years. The client recently contacted us to request an additional copy (this is why she sent the $50 check) of her evaluation she requested in September of 2011. We communicated to her that we only keep files on record for two years both by telephone and email (this is also clearly stated on our website, www.foreigncredtials.org), and that since we were unable to locate any record of her in our system, that we would be mailing her back her check of $50.  Ms. [redacted]'s resolution request is that we mail her check of $50 back to her, and when we spoke to her on 3/10/2015, we told her that we would be sending her check to the address she emailed to us. The check was mailed back to her on 3/12/2015. We are available for any questions the Revdex.com may have, and our attorney is copied on this message and is aware of the facts. Thank you.
