Mr [redacted] ’s shipment was delivered late due to the summer saturation of our delivering agent We offered Mr [redacted] an inconvenience claim because of the lateness of his shipment We are bound by the rules the government provides for inconvenience claims One of those rules is that military members are always responsible for their uniforms Because of this rule, we were unable to settle with him for the purchase of new uniforms We were able to provide settlement on other items listed on his inconvenience claim Thank you, Dixie C [redacted] Accounting ManagerHR & Office Manager
